Returns & Exchanges:

• Easy Returns:  Shyamaz Enterprise offer free returns within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, please note that all returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Eligible Items: Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with all original labels and tags attached are eligible for return.


• Gift Cards:
No returns or refunds are available on gift cards.


• Sale Items:
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• International Orders:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.


How to Return:


1. Contact Us:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us by:

2. Pick-up:
Once we receive your return request, we will arrange a free pick-up of the item.

3. Quality Check:
After receiving the returned item, we will perform a quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria.

4. Resolution:
If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit via email within 3 business days. This credit can be used on any future purchase on our website. Please note that original shipping charges will be deducted from your credit amount.


Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team at the contact details listed above.


Additional Information:

• Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• We cannot process returns if you contact us after this time frame.
• We will make three attempts to pick up your return item. If the pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts, your return request will be canceled.
